This week will be focusing on pronouns, with a quiz on Friday. Two homework papers have been completed on Pronouns with a Power Point in the Language Arts Notebook.
In writing we are examining Persuasive/Propaganda Techniques used in advertisements.After trying to guess the product that is associated with the slogan, the students filled in a power point of the 6 types of advertising techniques. We will try to merge this knowledge with pronouns!!! Later we will be reading about the life of Amelia Earhart and determining how she died. The students will have to write a persuasive essay on what they believe to be the correct theory for her disappearance.
