This will be my last post while I am out on maternity leave through the first week of March.  Ms. Alexander will be taking over starting Tuesday of this week.  Please email her if you have any questions (check previous post).

There will be a test over Chapter 3 this week (probably Friday).  It will be worth 50 points.

This week we are continuing to work on Chapter 3B with a focus on the grammar of the chapter.  The quiz will be on Friday.

I am getting close to my due date.  This will most likely be my last week before I am out on maternity leave.  I plan to be out until March 2.  The supply teacher is Ms. Alexander.  Her email is calexander10@student.gsu.edu in case you have any questions.

The schedule this week is a little bit different.  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday will be "skinny" days, Thursday and Friday will be "block" days.  Therefore, the quiz will be Thursday for periods 3, 4 and 6; on Friday for periods 5 and 7. 

We are working on Chapter 3B Vocabulary.

14-18 de noviembre

This week we are continuing with vocabulary and grammar from Chapter 3A.  The quiz will be on Wednesday or Thursday.  (Friday we will be taking the Mock Writing Test for Language Arts)

This week we are focusing on learning our SUBJECT PRONOUNS and CONJUGATING -AR VERBS.  Students can go to http://www.quia.com/pages/peralta1/page1 to practice for the quiz.

The quiz this week will be on Thursday(5,7) / Friday(3,4,6) due to the block schedule.

3 - 7 de octubre

Chapter 1 projects were handed back to students.  This was a 50 point project. 

We are beginning Chapter 2A this week.  The vocabulary is attached.  The quiz will be on Friday (periods 3,5,7) and Monday (periods 4,6).

This week we are finishing up Chapter 1. Instead of a quiz this week, we are completeling a Unit Assessment. The Unit Assessment is due on Friday. I have attached the instructions and rubric. Students have Wednesday and Thursday to work on this in class. Presentations will be on Friday.
