SS Literacy Weeks of 10/26 and 11/2

Week of 10/26

Monday- Finish up The Giver test.  Define vocabulary related to the next unite on terrorism.

Wednesday- Introduce The Giver Project options.

Thursday- Work in class on The Giver projects. PROJECTS DUE MONDAY!!!

Week of 11/2

Monday- TURN IN THE GIVER PROJECTS!  Start unit on Terriorism with stations activity in the classroom explain historical events related to terrorism, the types of terrorism, and general information related to terrrorism.  If you miss class, make sure you get the graphic organizer and turn it in for a grade. Complete terrorism Action Plan in groups.

Thursday- Continue Terrorism unit by working with various readings related to terrorism and answering questions to go with each reading.

Friday - Finish American Revolution Picture books during class.
