I hope everyone had a relaxing Thanksgiving break. We will be starting Unit 4 with Georgia standard M8A3e, which is a study of arithmetic sequences.
There will not be a help session with me on Wednesday, November 30 at 8:15. Ms. Isaacs has a session on Tuesday morning and Ms. Peters has one on Thursday.
Progress Reports will be sent home on Wednesday of this week, also.
Monday: Assignment - Recursive form worksheet
Tuesday: In class we will complete the performance task "What's My Patter?"
Wednesday/Thursday: Assignment - Explicit form worksheet
Friday: In class we will compare and contrast the recursive and explicit forms of arithmetic sequences. There will be a quiz on these 2 forms on Monday. Therefore, although there is no written assignments, students should study their notes and corrected assignments over the weekend for the quiz.
