Monday- We read an article on the meaning of the Union and discussed it. Then we completed a chart on the causes of the Civil War *NB 2).

Indian Removal

Tuesday 1/10:  all students will be taking the mid-point Benchmark test. Students will also receive their weekly homework sheet due on Friday 1/13.

Wed.-Fri: We will be working on Indian Removal, standard SS8H5 d: Analyze the events that led to the removal of Creeks and Cherokees; include the roles of Alexander McGillivray, William McIntosh, Sequoyah, John Ross, Dahlonega Gold Rush, Worcester v. Georgia, Andrew Jackson, John Marshall, and the Trail of Tears.
