All Sprayberry registration forms are due Wednesday. The required forms are the Core Class recommendation page and the elective selection page. All paperwork should be turned in to homeroom teachers.
If you agree with the core class recommendations, check the appropriate box, sign below, and return the form. If you disagree with the recommendations, check that box (this is the waiver that was discussed at the Parent Night meeting), indicate which class you would like in exchange, sign, and return.
The legal elective form requires 8 classes to be ranked in preference order. This too needs to be signed and returned. The separate yellow sheet is designed as an aid to help with the process, but it has generated more questions than answers. If you are unsure how to use the yellow form, set it aside and focus on the 8 elective choices on the legal page.
Also, the AVID program requires an application for participation. Applications are available in the counseling office upon request for those who did not pick them up the day materials were distributed.
