Getting Ready for our Test over Genetics

On Friday, Feb 24 all classes will have their Unit Test over Genetics.  Here is the Intro to Genetics Power Point Download Genetics Intro and the Harry Potter Link we discussed the first day.  If you have lost your notes, you need to watch this and then recreate your notes (writing what is on the slide and one other interesting fact about the topic. The link to the Harry Potter Genetics site is on the last slide if you'd like a refresher over how to do punnett squares.  All the vocabulary is on the study guide which is on the back side of the Bikini Bottom Genetics worksheet.  Good lucK!

Today you will research a genetic disorder.  Please write on the page provided.  You can either type your report or write it my hand.  IREMEMBER, YOU WILL GET NO CREDIT FOR INFORMATION THAT YOU COPY OFF OF THE INTERNET.  Read the information several times and summarize what you learned using your own words.  I am looking for summaries not paraphrases. If you type your report make sure that you save it on your log-in number.
